Please Read the Following Important Information Regarding 99main's WebMail

99main offers WebMail as a service to our customers who would like to access their e-mail when they are not at their home computer. This is a FREE service, and, consequently, there is NO phone technical support available for this feature. Common uses for this service include remote e-mail reading and writing, deletion of e-mails you may not need or handling e-mails that contain large attachments.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Do not run your "local e-mail" program (Outlook Express, Outlook, Eudora...) and WebMail at the same time. This can cause conflicts which could result in the loss of some or all of your e-mail messages.

2. We strongly encourage you to wait for at least 5 minutes between logging out of one e-mail program and launching the other.

3. Do not use WebMail to store important messages! The WebMail feature is not intended for long term storage of messages, and should not be used in place of a bona fide E-mail client, such as Outlook or Outlook Express. It is strongly recommended that you download your messages to your E-mail program or to an alternate location on a regular basis to avoid any potential loss.

4. Due to capacity limitations of our backup/restoration system, E-mails stored in user created Webmail folders, in Sent-Mail or in any other folder within Webmail will not be backed-up as part of our regular nightly maintenance and as such can not be restored if lost due to customer deletion of system failure.
