Preopening
Merit Badge and Advancement Training. Patrol scheduled for set-up starts setting up except for the folding walls. This is done by the adults.
30 Minutes		      
Opening Ceremony
The Patrol scheduled for opening conducts the ceremony.
5 Minutes		      
Inspection
Conduct inspections. Completed forms are turned in to the Senior Patrol Leader.
10 Minutes		      
Program Feature
The monthly co-ordinator presents the scheduled program based on the month's theme.
20 Minutes		      
Patrol Corner's
Patrols conduct individual meetings.
20 Minutes		      
Game Time
10 Minutes		      
Inter Patrol Activity
15 Minutes		      
Closing
Includes announcements, awards, distribution of information papers, and the Scoutmaster's minutes.
10 Minutes		      
After the Meeting
Scheduled patrol cleans up the meeting room and checks with adults on the condition of the room. Adults close the folding doors.
