Developed and maintained a CGI Perl script to aid management in tracking and distilling employee monthly highlights.  Saved management administrative time when compiling monthly achievement reports.
Developed and maintained a Delphi application to read raw Scitex font files and display the characters in a GUI application, thus saving the font developers from having to use an old DOS application.
Developed and maintained a VBA macro for MS Word to read raw Scitex font files and auto fill in a Word table of a font character matrix that sent as documentation to our clients. This saved the font developers 30 minutes of typing at a typewriter.
Modified and existing font creation application for DOS written in Fortran to add support for a new product.

Laser Programmer - EZ-Letter data merge setup, data prep and set up tool development

Developed and maintained a large scale EZ-Letter data merge for a nation wide automotive service reminder program involving over 50 different letter texts, 750+ coupon setups and 4000+ dealership logos.  This made the unprofitable reminder program profitable for the client
Developed and maintained a Microsoft Word data merge to follow up on auto e-mail service reminder program customers whose e-mail address came back as invalid.
Developed PLF JCL data load and merge process for a financial client that was used as part of the basis for our division's standard load processes.
Developed PC level tools to aid and streamline the process of creating and maintaining large EZ-Letter data merges.
AAC was the only Harte-Hanks division the made budget and receive a bonus for 1999 fiscal year.
