Appointments

Office calls are by appointment, made by calling 860-859-1649.  Every effort is made to make an appointment that best fits your animal's needs and your schedule.  We try very hard to schedule in such a way that you will have little or no wait and that we have adequate time to devote to you and your pet.

Emergencies do occur, and when they involve your animal you will get top priority.  We ask for your understanding when another client's emergency requires rescheduling your appointment.

Surgeries generally go home the same day.  We always utilize the anesthetic that is safest for your animal; while this may increase the cost of the procedure, we know you would agree that your pet is worth this extra care.
